Who loves to get birthday cards? I know I sure do, it sends a message that someone is thinking of you and what a gift that is!
The Awesome Otters Stamp Set is a darling set that makes for great birthday cards. My grandma loved stuffed animals and whimsical figures, she would have loved to receive a card created from this stamp set for sure.

Now I used Misty Moonlight 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, scored at 4 1/4” for the cardbase.
Next ran the Balmy Blue 4” x 5 1/4” layer through the Cut & Emboss machine using the Bark Embossing Folder.
Added a 2” x 4” strip of the Simply Marbleous 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper and die cut a label using the Hippo & Friends Dies.
I stamped the Otter with Tuxedo Momento Black Ink (dye based ink is best when using alcohol markers to color images) and colored this guy with Light & Dark Crumb Cake Stampin Blends, the water with Light & Dark Balmy Blue Stampin Blends and the party hat inside with Light Granny Apple Green and Light Daffodil Delight Stampin Blends.
I took a scrap of Crumb Cake cardstock and stamped the sentiment, popped both the otter and the sentiment up with dimensionals. The finishing touch, added Opal Rounds for that water droplet effect.
