Using the Fancy Tag Topper Punch a 2″ wide strip of cardstock, a stamp set, heat embossing and a few die cut as well as fussy cut images out of the Whimsy & Wonder Specialty Designer Series Paper, dimensionals add a piece of ribbon, linen thread, jute or even yarn and you have yourself these oh so cute gift tags!
