Christmas in July – Featuring Tidings of Christmas Designer Series Paper

Today’s card is the first in my Christmas in July series. I love Christmas but usually start my cards WAY too late 🤦🏻‍♀️ but not this year! We are on vacation and this morning was low key, get out the crafting stuff and finish that card I started kinda morning. What better time to showcase the Tidings of Christmas Designer Series Paper then now, while it is 15% off now through August 2nd! (Additional details on the DSP sale will follow in a separate post)

Inside panel, so pretty!

To make this Z Fold card

Evening Evergreen cardstock 5 1/2” x 8 1/2”, score at 2 1/8” and 4 1/4”, fold and burnish with a bone folder to form a Z. Cut 1 piece of DSP 4” x 5 1/4” and 2 more pieces (of the same pattern) 1 7/8” x 5 1/4”. Adhere to the card base, I prefer the multipurpose liquid adhesive. Next, using the Scalloped Contours Dies, use the 3rd size down, die cut 1 scalloped rectangle in Evening Evergreen and 1 in Basic White. Using the 4th rectangle die, cut 1 out of Basic White. Then I used Evening Evergreen Ink to stamp the sentiment from Tidings & Trimmings Stamp Set onto the smaller white die cut. Using Cherry Cobbler Ink, I stamped the stocking and die cut the stocking, berry sprays and holy leaves using Christmas Trimmings Dies, Cherry Cobbler, Evening Evergreen cardstock and Gold Foil Sheets. I adhered all the elements to the card base as shown in the photos.

This is an easy fun fold to make and the DSP certainly adds a touch of elegance to this card.

Everything I used can be found in my online store: https://www.stampinup.com?demoid=2189212

I hope this card will inspire you to give it a try!

Happy Crafting

Tammy ❤️
